Getting started Birocapedia was made and is managed by a Birch Rock camper. Here are some things you can do if you are new here: Look up some of your favorite things at Birch Rock and maybe learn a little more about them. If you don't know what to look up, click the random page link to see a random article. Register an account by clicking the link in the top right. After that you can write and edit pages. Read some help pages to learn how to use this site. Write an article about something at Birch Rock like your favorite activity, your last cabin, or anything that you think merits an article. Look at the pages that have already been made and edit them. If you don't know what to write an article about, look at the list of wanted pages and write one of those.

Featured article: Mike Mattson Mike Mattson is the current director of Birch Rock, a position he has held since 2002. Before that he was the assistant director to Rich Deering for four years starting in 1998. He was also Head Counselor for four years beginning in 1995 and was the Waterfront Director for three summers. Mike's camper years were spent mostly on the field and at the Nature and Campcraft areas. He also loved Instructional Swim and was often first in the water. At the Chip Ceremony in the early '90s, Mike said, "...and for those of you who are wondering if I will be back next summer, I tell you this, Mike Mattson never leaves Birch Rock!"
