Cabin Five is one of BRC's Lower Camp cabins and is usually one of the middle age groups (11-12). This cabin normally houses one counselor with four campers and sometimes a CIT. Five often feels stuck in the middle, and they are, right along the southern border of campus. However the cabin has a secret chamber that only the people who have lived there should know about.

The Plates, the camp's next door neighbors, cleared many trees along the wall recently, but before that the area across the wall from Cabin 5 was thick with woods and brush. This dark, somewhat scary region was the center of many of the camp's scariest ghost tales. The classics of these was the story of Three-Fingered Willie or the tale of the Man With His Eyes Sewn Shut.
