The Yurt is a temporary building designed in the style of a traditional Mongolian dwelling. It is located between The Kennel and Pat's Cabin. It was originally on the Tent Platform that existed in that space but the platform was removed in 2008 and a gravel pad was put down for The Yurt to go on. It is used as a residence for the two Trip Leaders and is erected every summer. It measures 16 feet wide and is made of canvas walls with wood framing.
