The Hot Cereal Federation was a skit that Mike Mattson & Josh Pincus put together as a staff Campfire skit. The script consisted of six paragraphs describing each of the six scenes. The staff were expected to improv the majority of the skit. The improv was so well done that it ended up being one of the best skits that summer. In the final scene, during the ship to ship combat, Jamie Grantham and a sock puppet report damage from the engine room. This report was prerecorded down in the utility area of the lodge earlier on Saturday and then was played through the TV as a report from the engine room to the bridge.
