Here are a few different ways to search for articles.
Go
Go takes you to the page with the name that matches the phrase you entered. If no such article exists it acts like search.
Search
The search button will take you to a list of all pages that have in them the word or phrase you typed.
Advanced Search
Advanced search lets you search for articles outside the main namespaces.
