Chief lived in the Director's Cabin for many summers and many other directors have lived their over the years. It was in the perfect spot for the director because it was right on the driveway which made it the hub for activity going up and down the hill. It also had a wonderful porch that had an eagle eye view of almost the entire campus. This allowed the director to keep a better eye on the campus.
There was a mystical white pine behind the Director's Cabin that was unusually large with many branches. It was a glorius tree.
