Loon

The Loon is a long distance swim equivilent to two Ducks. It consists of swimming to the other side of the lake and back, a distance of around 0.9 miles. A usually Loon takes around an hour to swim. After swimming his loon a camper will receive a sitting Birch Rock cheer from the camp at the next meal. At the end of that his session he will also get a Loon badge.
