Thomas Joyce began at Birch Rock in 1989 as a camper. During his time affiliated with Birch Rock, he was a camper, CIT, counselor, head counselor, and assistant director. As a counselor, he primarily taught woodshop, sailing, and lacrosse, although he instructed most activities at some point during his staff tenure.
