The Boat House is the home to the various boating programs at Birch Rock. The building is in the southwest corner of camp, closest to the corner of camp defined by the waterfront and the Plate's property.

The current Boat House was dedicated in 200*. It is a two-story building, with the lower level being used primarily for waterfront activities and the upper level for rainy day activities and movie nights. The lower level of the boat house is where life-jackets, sails, paddles, and various other equipment are kept for waterfront activities.

The original Boat House was much smaller than the current building and closer to the waterfront. The original building was about the size of a typical lower-camp cabin, with the side of the building facing the Plate's property open. It was located about 40 feet closer to the waterfront than the current building.
