Birocapedia was started by a Birch Rock camper in December, 2007 and put on the web on April 21, 2008. Birocapedia's goals are to help people learn about Birch Rock and to preserve its history and traditions. Birocapedia is not affiliated with Birch Rock Camp.
The site would have been named Birchrockopedia or Birch Rock Wiki if not for Mike Mattson's suggestion of a judiciously abbreviated Birocapedia.
