The Birch Rock cheer is a way the camp can honer people for accomplishing a hard task. It is best done by the entire camp shouting at the top of their voices. It is most commonly used to recognise a campers long distance swim.

Often people think that the "ra" parts are actually "rock" but that is wrong.
